Delivery Information

Here at 123 Hampers, we know that making sure your gift arrives on time is at the upmost importance which is why we offer different delivery options to send your gift:

• FREE Standard delivery – delivered within 1-2 days from your chosen delivery date.
• Tracked Named Day Delivery – Our recommended service with order tracking and SMS updates about your order.

We deliver throughout the UK 7 days a week. We ask that when entering the delivery details that these are filled in as accurately as possible to not cause delays or gifts going missing, if you are not sure of the post code, please simply contact us and our friendly team will be happy to help you. If we are unable to deliver your gift on your selected date, we will contact you to reschedule the delivery. Once your gifts have been dispatched from us, we are unable to amend any of the delivery details including address and names. During natural events such as bad weather this may cause some delays, but we will try our best to resolve as soon as possible.
